I don't mean one like the Red Shelf mod which is a shelf made extra big and with added slots but has to be against a wall to work. I mean one like the one linked below that is cloned from a table (or maybe has the tuning changed to a table) but has the ability to shift and does NOT need to be against a wall. I'm wondering if EA will have to work some behind-the-scenes scripting magic to make this possible or if it's possible already and I'm just too dumb to figure it out.

Guess what? I am actually LolaBelleSims; previously, SimPeopleRampage. I changed the name in honor of my daughter who passed away in 2014. We called her Lolabelle & it's her fault I'm addicted to the Sims, anyway, the booger. You can find my junk at Lolabellesims.tumblr.com and at The Sims Resource.

I use these by Annigo. What I like about them is that they can be raised or lowered like any other object, but because she has so many different heights for them, it's almost perfect for finding just the right height for odd things such as bookcases and such.
You do need to have MOO enabled to shift them, if I recall.

I also use these a lot by ez2ciamaprincess. They have pretty much every increment available, but these will block the function of things because the footprint is so large. I only use these in houses I'm just building for fun and not houses that I want to be functional. Or they are also very useful for screenshots too.

Thanks! I will definitely check these out. I'm in the process of making a gigantic load of OMSPs myself but I keep thinking there's got to be a way to make a shiftable OMSP.
