Sims 4 Death Achievements Challenge

You are the live-in caretaker of a retirement home. You are a young adult. If you have the Discover University expansion, you must attend classes while you take care of the retirement community. If not, you must get a part time job.
To complete the challenge, you must attain the following achievements:
• Hello Darkness My Old Chum (befriend the Grim Reaper)
• Vengeful Deity (kill 10 sims in an unnatural manner)
• Old Lace (kill 10 non-player sims on your home lot)
• Til Death Do Us Part (kill a sim on their wedding day)
You may control your wards in order to get the deaths you need, but mostly, your attention will be focused on your caretaker.
Rules:
• Money is no object. You may have as much money as you like.
• You may buy whatever you like to assist you in your death duties.
• If you have Tiny Living, your caretaker must sleep in a murphy bed—careful now!
• Any packs that you have that add chores—such as laundry—well, you have to do those chores.
• Your sim may start the challenge with one level 10 skill, your choice.
• If your caretaker sim dies prior to completing the challenge, you have lost and must start over.
• You must maintain a graveyard in the back of your retirement home.
