My Lawyer sim no longer getting her Daily work options

I am playing a lawyer sim and at first she could click on other sims and get the option to do her Daily work but around the point where she was supposed to start Offering her Legal Representation she never got that option in interactions. Could this be caused by conflicting mods? I know when she goes on dates she never gets the date "goals" and I know that's caused by conflicting mods but other sims don't have this problem so I'm completely perplexed.
