Photo help please!

Although I've been a Sims player & a member here for a long time I can't recall the last time I added photos to a post. In fact it's been so long that I've completely forgotten how to do it! I've tried searching for some guidance, as I'm sure there have been many people asking the same question but couldn't find an answer. Would some kind person please either tell me what I need to do or point me in the right direction so I can find out for myself? I've very belatedly completed the Simsmas 2020 house & would like to show it off!

You must upload your photos to a site like imgur (for example) and there click on bbcode link (for forums) and post that link here.

Thank you so much! I seem to remember now that I used Photobucket for just this purpose. I'll have to see if I still have my account.

I use imgbb.

So if I want to add photos to a post I simply add the link to them in the image tab just above where I'm typing this text? Testing to see if this works!

Try just pasting the image url into your post without using the image tab.

with imgur you basically make new post

add any pictures you want to share then wait for imgur to load a bit and there is this button which has like links to share the pictures separately and from there you copy the bb code forums one

it will be something like
" (img)blablablacode.jpg(/img)"

replace ( ) with [ and ] in this example cause lmao it keeps thinking i have photo there obviously

and badumts once you add that to forums you have pic

but you have to get link to the picture not link to the post (which i assume is what you tried to share up there)

you can also share any picture links ending in jpg with adding the img things like for example if u wanna share fun memes or whatever that you found on other sites

I see you're using imgur, when you click on the share links button, make sure you're copying the one circled in red in this image.
