WCIF Saves Made For Rotational Play?

Most save files for TS4 are mainly focused on builds and the new townies added with them lack depth or a backstory. I'm looking for a custom save with townies that have lore and whatnot, similar to the Sims 2 neighborhoods, that I can play rotationally with the pre-existing households. I tried PleasantSims's 25 Years Later Pleasantview save, but I couldn't enjoy it because the sims were from a previous let's play of hers and I felt bad deviating from canon. Any other suggestions? (Nothing too big, please, because I don't think I would be able to play 50+ households, especially with aging only for the active household.)
