I've removed all my mods and started fresh, but for some reason, Sims stand there and do some really weird animations, like washing their hair with their clothes on in the middle of the world, or sing and they have shapes in their thought bubbles. Another issue, is a constant whistling. Like a Sim idling and whistling and it stops and starts again. Any one else have these issues?

The only weird thing I noticed was a hygiene bar filling up while my sim was climbing some stairs. Have you tried repairing your game?

Yup. No CC or script files. Did a factory reset as well and no luck.
