Access Denied on AHQ help needed

I honestly don't know where else to put this so here it goes
I went into AHQ to find out if there was a solution or any information on the fact that money trees can't be harvested even with the harvest all choice.
I clicked on a link and it says Access denied. I tried logging out and logging back in but it still says access denied. Is AHQ not working? Please help me.
