Créer un nouveau monde

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai décidé de me remettre au sims 3 après plusieurs année d'absence. Je voulais me remettre sur l'outil de création d'un monde. Celui-ci fonctionne seulemet sur l'ouverture d'un monde. Par contre lorsque je fais "nouveau", j'ai bien le menu je choisi mon fichier png et là rien ne se passe.

Quelqu'un aurais eu le problème ?

Je n'ai malheureusement jamais rencontré ce problème. Chaque fois que j'ai sélectionné "NEW", ça a toujours marché pour moi.
Il devrait vous donner "height maps". quand vous selectionnez "NEW".

Laissez-nous marcher à travers les étapes.

Quand vous sélectionnez "NEW" vous voyez cet écran?

Après cela, vous voyez le bouton ici avec les trois points.


Quand vous appuyez sur ce bouton, vous devriez voir cela arriver.



Êtes-vous en train de dire qu'après avoir fait cela, rien ne s'affiche à l'écran?

Yes, they said nothing happens after they select their .png file.

It means then that they have lost their access to the height-maps...that the program isn't reading them for some reason and thus nothing is happening with generating terrain in the program. The best bet would be to uninstall CAW, clear out all their cache files in their TS3 game (if they have tried to EDIT IN GAME) as if they were going to play the game (for good measure); re-download and reinstall CAW from scratch...and hopefully that will remedy the problem that CAW is experiencing.

Delete the HeightMaps folder from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Create A World Tool\UserToolData

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Create a World Tool\UserToolData and copy the HeightMaps folder -paste into the
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Create A World Tool\UserToolData *Where you deleted the other files.

This has happened to others and if I remember correctly, this should fix it. If not, Uninstall and reinstall it like @Nikkei_Simmer said..
