ANOTHER Problem!

OK, so in addition to my Tabcast mysteriously not allowing me to build skills; now my girl Mandeep has apparently finished reading Logic Volume 3, but has not mastered the skill. Well, I guess I need to resort to taking classes, playing chess and stargazing; but I wish everything would just do what they're supposed to do! It's so frustrating. Her husband doesn't even have the option to tutor her; and normally, even the skills he's inexperienced with would show up, but say he doesn't have high enough skill, right? But it's not appearing at all. Can't listen to Tabcasts, can't even click on the Baker's oven....Nothing.
