Custom content not showing up in game

Hey guys! So I have two laptops with the exact same Mods folder. One is a gaming laptop that I'm trying to primarily use and the other is an older laptop that's very slow.
On my new laptop, custom content is not showing up at all. Not in the startup screen, not in CAS. On my older laptop, which has the exact same Mods folder (I've copied it onto a USB and imported it into my gaming laptop) the custom content works fine.
I've already made sure I've enabled CC and script mods and restarted my game, to no avail.
Any help would be appreciated!
