I think most of You know this place, even though I messed it up a lot.
It works fine, but I'm getting a bit tired of how it always end up looking almost the same.
So, here's the deal.
Earn the title of Hero of Svend's Little Builder, by making the finest lot for this place and include all the things You can see at my picture.
You can use similar objects, if the ones used are not to your liking.
2 Clubs have their HQ in the park, so make sure they can have Club meetings there still.
Island Living, Tiny Builds, Vampire pack, Magick pack and Seasons can not be included.

Sounds right to me and yes, it's a Growthfruit Tree plus basic stuff.
Yes, it's the Hare Square Park in Windenburg.
I'd love to see a different build, including those objects.
Note the packs I do not own.
