Sim’s portrait not showing up in relationships tab

One of my Sims is freinds with Eleanor Waterson (this is Sunlit Tides). For some reason, her portrait isn’t displaying in the relationships tab. Her name is still there as is her info, just no portrait. I’ve taken a photo (writing this on my iPad) to show you what I mean.
I haven’t tried to invite her over or anything like that. Surely if she’d died, I would have had a notification? I’ve got ErrorTrap and Overwatch (among other mods) and I’ve not had any notifications about her through them (eg that she’s been reset or whatever). Googling is no use as I just get people asking about Sims who’ve disappeared from the portrait panel. All the other Sims in the relationship tab are there.

Can anyone help out?

I had this before I started using the NRaas mods. It was really annoying, I agree. I don't experience this nowadays though, unless I clean the savegames, which is only a temporary issue.

When this happens in my game, I usually find the sim in their career outfit and their portrait appears again once I change their clothes.

Funnily enough, that was exactly what happened. I went to her household, and she’d disappeared. I did “plan outfit” (although I didn’t change anything) and she reappeared, she was in her career outfit! I then got her to quit her job so it wouldn’t happen again.
