    Expected at work notice

    Every single time one of my sim babies ages up to toddler I get a message that says that his/her parents are expected at work after family leave and that they can't take anymore family leave at this time. Here's the thing: None of my sims have never taken family leave, just regular days off and most of the time they're at work when the message comes up. The rest of the time it appears when they have a day off.
    What is going on? Is this a bug? If it is, I hope it gets fixed soon.

      That’s just a general notice for the player. You get that wether or not you use family leave or not. Not a bug it’s always been like that.

      It’s saying the opportunity window for your Sim to take family leave has ended and they’re expected to work their next scheduled shift.
