Showtime venue table issue

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. Recently I purchased Roaring Heights and decided to play a "jazz" singer prohibition era play through. I added show stages and the boxes for tables (can't remember the actual name off hand) to several of the pre-existing buildings, add a show park and a couple venues of my own build. I've built *many* showtime venues over the years, so it's old hat to me. However as I started playing I realized the show tables were disappearing for shows but not returned after the show was over. Anyone happen to have any idea of what's causing this and how to stop it. Editing town after every show is a bit monotonous and kind of a kill joy lol.
