So I watched callmekevin's sims 2 video and fell in LOVE with the dancing snowman that plays christmas music and i want him in my game SO badly so i googled it and found this:

but its a sims 2 to sims 3 conversion.
would anyone be able to either walk me through converting it further to sims 4 or do a huge solid and convert it outright?
god i need him in my life so badly..........
