So far, I added the pirate ship jungle gym, some dog toys, a basketball hoop, and a toddler slide to one. The other I turned into a spa xD but I guess you could also go for like a seaside karaoke beach or something? Could still be a beach, if you only want to add that object!
I've built a new beach lot but I put a waterslide, firepit, paddling pool, swingset and toddler slide on the lot, plus of course loungers, coolboxes and beach towels. I also put a beach bar on the same lot with a game table and chess table.
I used the empty island in Mua Pel'am. It's a 40 x 30 lot.
I've uploaded it. Under the name 'Hinhanni'. Tick the custom content box (although it is CC free). It's called 'Playa de Isla Paradiso'.

Thank you, but... ugh, I have a lot there that I'm quite fond of. Can't decide now. Maybe I'll build a similar one on a different lot and put yours on that one.
The problem I'm having with Sulani is that the lots are so unique in view, surrounding and terrain which makes it difficult to place various builds on them. I mean it's both part of the appeal of IL and a bit of a burden...
I'm planning on adding water slides,the sprinklers,water balloons and a hottub or two. Also tents for camping. Something I'm planning on testing out is fireworks extravaganza over the ocean on the beaches.
