Excited in anticipation of seeing friend

This moodlet always pops up for one sim and I never know which friend she's excited about seeing. I don't think I ever see them meet either and one time I think she got it going to work. Anyone else see this and know the trigger or what happens when they meet?

It's trait related. I know that sims with the Excitable trait get that often, there may be one or two others. On going to work, possibly this sim is good friends or better with one of their co-workers? I've never noticed anything special happening when they do see their unspecified friend, other than they remain happy (happier) for a while. They may do happy idle animations more often, given the chance, like go Yayy! or Wooo!

It's just a positive moodlet that excitable sims get. It raises their mood but, like most (or all) moodlets, isn't acted upon.
