Music Awards Mod?

Is there one out there, or is anyone in the midst of creating one? I would love such a mod as it seems my singer Sim is being totally ignored by the Accolades. So, we need the Grammys, or perhaps it should be called the Simmies?
I'm uncertain I can create gameplay on my own to hand out awards of some sort. Oh, I can use one of the concert venues and I can place a podium, but to have a Sim host and actually hand out awards? Might be worth a try, I suppose. But it would be so much more fulfilling were there to be a mod to do it.
