Limited Edition Question

Is it possible for EA staff to upgrade my standard packs to limited edition?
I tried contacting EA but the advisor I contacted did nothing but make me go in circles with my question.
I know an advisor upgraded my Sims 3 Pets to Sims 3 Pets Limited Edition a while ago so I was wondering if it was possible for the other expansions too.
I have everything for Sims 3, all expansion and stuff packs, all worlds, all store content, but not Limited Edition content. That is why I want to have my packs upgraded, so I can have everything I'm missing (Aside from promotional stuff which I can't get, I think)
