Glitch the demolishes lots on load in?

I was playing in the new Strangerville world and I got the notification about the Flea Market so I went but when I loaded in to the city, the lot that is connected to the public space was completely gone and everyone was just bunched up outside on the sidewalk and they never moved.

I eventually went back to my home lot by clicking the go home icon on my sims picture and when I got there, it was completely gone too, just a flat lot.

I went to save and exit just in case it was temporary and it gave me an error code (22 I think) and then crashed.
I have just finished repairing the game and will relaunch it now, I will update with whether or not the lots have returned.

How is it working out so far? Has it fixed itself?

Sorry I never updated! Repairing the game seems to have fixed it. Though I haven't gone to one of the festivals again since so I'm not sure if that is what triggered it.
