Not seeing weekly/daily deals

Hello!
I wasn't sure if this was supposed to go here but i thought i'd try. Also this may be obvious but it's been confusing me for a while.
Basically every time I go onto the store (I have visited it regularly since last year) the daily/weekly deals are exactly the same. Is this because they stopped updating it, or is it my account/location ect? I've seen the rotation list but it doesn't seem to be changing at all.

The Daily Deal is still rotating, albeit in the same pattern as it has for years. (It's in its 20th cycle now, and each one takes 82 days, so you can do the math.) Does this page not change for you?

If not, you can still go to the individual product page for an item currently on sale and buy it at that discount. For more information about prices and tracking the DD rotation, check out this post by @Me1620 and the linked DD spreadsheet that a number of helpful players put together. Really, the entire thread is quite useful, and the players active there are always happy to answer questions.
