What are your favorite Build/Buy Mode objects?

As a nitpicky house builder and decorater in the game, I have a set of objects that I always tend to prefer using. Some I favor more than others, which leads me to this subject - What are your favorites that you always use? Mostly, I created this topic out of sheer curiosity but I also made it because if I see what others like, then I can discover said object for myself and see if I like it in my game

One object I recently discovered and has become a favorite is a cheap shark painting I found in the Paintings category. I decided to have a little fun with it.

The most amusing part to me is the fact that a predatory shark pic is by a baby crib. Nothing more soothing than the circle of life taking place. Gives me a giggle every time I play that household lol

I love using my cloned objects that I created using S3OC to get repriced build and buy mode objects for less money.It's easier to make starter homes cheaper and more affordable for new sims.
