I am having problems reinstalling my game, where is it at? (tools) ~~Solved~~

It all started yesterday when somehow my game had it in its mind that my game was not installed. After trying several different things, and failing, I decided to just do a complete uninstall, and then reinstall...but I have run into another issue, I can't find tools. Uninstalling the easy way is not an option, I still am having files that didn't get removed. Here is a screenshot of what I'm looking at.



I have gotten as far as Program Files, but there are no tools to go any further. I have attempted to right and left click on this folder, no Tools. Am I looking in the wrong place? Before I forget this is a Windows 8.1

Yeah, those instructions could have been written better. Here's how to reveal hidden files in Windows:

It's a good idea to undo this once you've uninstalled everything.

Is there a reason that you are showing us Program Files? TS3 is a 32-bit application only, as is Origin, and would really be showing up in Program Files (x86) unless you have a 32-bit only operating system. Also I see a hidden folder there, the one that's showing up shadowed. Wouldn't that mean you already have hidden files revealed?

@igazor I eventually found what I was looking for. It was the whole Tools thing that threw me for a loop. I swear if that was a deadly snake I would be dead now. lol Where I have it shaded out is my real name.
