Just a suggestion so ignore me if you think i'm babbling 
I think it would be a good idea to rename guitar skill into music skill. That means maxim can create several music instruments such as the Drums, piano and maybe some obscure instruments such as the Obo.
This could be made into a pack and either be intergrated into the game or sold on the sims store. I know i'd get it.
