Bring back the CFE (constrain floor elevation) cheat for Sims 4

Please bring back the CFE (constrain floor elevation) cheat (or similar cheat command) for Sims 4 so we can make split level buildings and vaulted ceilings over multi levels. Also the ability to turn a staircase. To make a tall entry and foyer with standard 8 foot ceilings in other rooms... or a dropped or raised seating area.

There are many who play sims just for the architectural opportunities. In sims 4 every wall height is the same whether it is tall or short and the floor height is the same for the level and that is boring. Maybe I want to create a 1 foot elevation for an entry mudroom and then inside 4 steps up to the living area or maybe 3 steps up to the house and then the entry at that height but the living room is dropped 2 steps... etc.

I want CFE so hard! I'm still not losing hope and waiting for an update so then I can finally finish my replication of The Age of Youth's house! Which is supposed to have 3 floor elevations on it :,))
