    Have no idea how to fix this invisible elevator

    I found this house in Oasis Landing and edited for my sim family before. I had set 2 tube elevators here but I got a empty circle while editing tube elevators in buy mode. After moving to Isla Paradiso from other world, I gave my family a new home without tube elevators and I gave this house to other sim. The other sim threw a party and invited my family today. When my sims arrived here , they said they can't go up and downstairs through 2 tube elevators. So I removed them in buy mode again, then I placed the firefighter pole instead. And then the party guests started to go up and down through this invisible tube elevators. I really have no idea how to fix this bug. Is there any good tip? Thanks.
