      Hi everyone! After a crazy few weeks (traveling and getting stuck waiting for car repairs, a death in the family and a trip to New Orleans) I'm back. :) Thanks for your patience, I'll be catching everything up today.

      Which EPs and SPs do you have? All EPs, All GPs, and All Sps except My First Pet Stuff, Fitness Stuff, Spooky Stuff, and Luxury Party Stuff
      If you have Showtime, which edition do you have (basic, Limited, or Katy Perry)?
      Lot size (dimensions): whichever lot size you can fit it on
      Lot traits (Sims 4): doesn't matter
      Number of bedrooms: at least 4 but there can be more if there's room
      Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? use neutral tones as i'm not sure who'll be living here yet
      Number of bathrooms: a few wherever the floor plan allows
      Favorite color schemes: I like soft tones, so pastels and neutrals
      Colors you dislike: none really
      Do you want it furnished and decorated? Maybe just the kitchen and bathroom, it'll be a big build so i don't want to burden the builder with furnishing and decorating as well.
      Can patterns from Create-a-Pattern be used?

      Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? I would like a pool and hot tub, if there's room i'd also like a in-home gym with yoga and a spa room.

      Additional instructions? For the smaller building i'd like it if it could become either a bedroom or maybe a little apartment space for a YA gender isn't known yet so neutral colors are fine. I know in one of the photos there is a space where there's lot of garages but since sims 4 doesn't have cars you can turn that space into a 2nd patio or pool area or whatever works, if needed you can eliminate it all together. I understand sims 4 doesn't have any terraforming (i think that's the right word) so any parts of the house you may have to change or maybe leave out so it can fit in is fine.
