I mean, the title is self-explanatory. For dummies out there, clear and obvious points to make:
- Like with a mortal sim, only they can use the object when directed (non-autonomous interaction).
- NPC Skeletons won't spawn in clothing (I don't think need explain this, as it's an obvious enough reasoning), so you will have to dress them up manually (could come with a specific interaction to have a sim direct one to change up through dresser, kind of like with fashion designer).
- Sims that turn into skeletons will retain to have the same clothing in their life state form that wore before the transformation process.
And, If implemented well or how I suggested, I really don't see any downsides coming from this gameplay feature/mechanic from a gameplay standpoint. TS4 tends to have too much of customization limitations, so how about it gradually starts to get out of such bad habit.
