Beathan visited and, of course, went straight for the rocking chair. I didn't see him arrive but he was already elated when I found him so that chair must be really good because ghosts generally arrive only fair.

Brian started his first day in the Business career.
I wish CAS wasn't so slow because I would love to give my boys actual wedding rings to admire although they only do this animation for a couple of days after getting married.
Euan woke with a wish to grow a perfect plant so I had him plant an onion seed. Cain and Niall worked towards their wishes to level up.
Tam's waking wish was to spar with someone
Greg's waking wish was to prepare food at a party. Since that wasn't going to happen, I had him work on his wish to catch 5 different fish. He already had 1 and caught another 3 during the morning.
Duff started his first day in the Science career. I chuckled when he changed into his graduation gown but did nothing about it since I knew he wouldn't make it through his first work day.
Cain had a wish to spar with someone locked in from the previous day when he got his first skill point. When Niall changed into his MA outfit I was glad I chose him as a sparring partner because he is still in a teen outfit and on some angles his body and head are separate
Tam went on a field trip to the Theatre. Gladys Frio was chaperone. The boy beside her is Jay Herrerra.
Tam's girlfriend, Eliza, and Mathew Svard also attended. Mathew is distantly related, hence Jordan's hair colour
When I checked back on the house, I saw that Niall had leveled up and was now wearing an adult sized outfit.
Duff finished work early
As did Brian. I didn't get to see Brian spin into his pregnancy wear because it took him half a sim hour and I was making sure that Tam got home okay as I occasionally find sims stranded after field trips when they can't get on the bus.
Tam had no problem getting home
I let the boys unwind for a little before moving them out. I would liked to have kept them until after the babies were born but Tam will be aging up in a day and I will need to get him married. I also want Niall and Cain to get started on their family.
I added some cribs and another single bed to this house - I can't remember its name - and moved the boys in.
Brett had a wish to meet someone new. I sent him to town and he met Brenda Frio. From memory, she is Don Lothario's daughter.
When Brett got home he and Fife had a little dip in the pool
Tam had a wish to break 10 more boards. He wanted to use a harder board but I had him continue with foam boards to get the wish out of the way sooner.
It occurred to me that I had barely checked on Euan and Greg all day. Not that I need to worry about them
Because of the Shang Simla trip, I couldn't remember when the boys had last gone out so I sent the family to the Diner for dinner.

I was going to say that the newlyweds were doing what newlyweds do, but I realized that all my sims behave like newlyweds
It's all well and good to let my sims have free rein most of the time but some wishes don't happen on their own. Niall's LTW is Culinary Librarian so he needs to get his cooking skill up in order to learn the recipes.
It's a good thing there are lots of perfect leftovers in the fridge

When Tam got home from the pool, I had him call Eliza who had aged up the previous evening. He immediately rolled a wish to woohoo with her. He'll be getting his wish soon
Eliza joined the household in the middle of the night
Her first wish was to join the Education Career. I had her quit her current job in the Athletic Career then sent her to bed.
It was nice not having to rush the family through breakfast so a child or teen would have time to do a few things before the school bus arrived
I laughed when Brett stood by the table and looked at Eliza like this. "Why is there is a strange woman in our house?" I checked and she was acquaintance, at best, with the family other than Tam.

I let Niall and Cain have a little fun before sending them out to garden. I also left Tam and Eliza to their own devices because I wasn't sure what to do with them. In the background, Brett and Greg painted. Brett's waking wish was to paint something brilliant and Greg's was to paint.

After the boys had flirted for a while, I intervened and had Niall give Cain a massage as his waking wish was to get one

I saw Tam and Eliza heading to the treehouse with "Try for baby" in their queues. I paused and thought about whether I should cancel it but when I saw Tam's sweet smile, I let them go.
Cain and Niall's flirting was cut short by a mad dash to the bathroom
When I heard baby chimes I knew what I had to do with Eliza and Tam!
With a baby coming there was no way I was going to keep them for another day because I didn't want to deal with the pregnancy wishes of two couples!
Euan was way more emotional for his nephew's wedding than he was for Tam's

I tried to go into edit town mode to move Tam and Eliza out but got a message that I couldn't save while a baby was being born. I checked and Euan and Brett had lost their wishes to become grandparents which meant that Duff had given birth and Brian was in labor They had a boy, Peter, and a girl, Kerrie As soon as Kerrie was born, I moved the newlyweds out.
After moving Tam and Eliza out I stayed at their house while I fixed their individual SP settings. When I got back I found that Cain and Niall were making use of the tent. It had been there two days and they were the first
Fife had a wish to go to the park and Greg a wish to go out on the town. I left Niall and Cain in the tent and sent the others to the park.
Euan surprised me by pulling out his guitar! He is not a virtuoso and hadn't played the guitar since he rolled a wish to learn the skill when he was a teen!
I sent the boys home in time for dinner. Cain was craving grilled cheese

I was happy to see John visit as he doesn't visit as often as Jordan and Beathan. He arrived shortly after I loaded my save and before I had turned off headlines so I could see exactly what he had in mind Not that I needed the thought bubble to know he would be going to the rocking chair
Cain was craving cheesesteak. Euan was happy because it's his favourite meal and he doesn't get it often.

Although Cain left the kitchen only a little after Niall, Fife was able to get home from collecting his seed before he got to the garden. I almost felt guilty making him garden while pregnant but he has a wish to level up locked in and it's worth a lot since his LTW is Renaissance Sim and he's a self-employed gardener. I also want to clear as many wish slots as possible before the baby comes.
Greg didn't have a waking wish but he had a wish to level up in painting locked in.
Euan's waking wish was to catch a great fish.
Brett's waking wish was to prepare a meal. I had him make cheesesteak to replace what they had for breakfast.
John had been haunting objects around the house but when he came out I had Cain introduce himself because his waking wish was to meet someone new.
Cain was just shy of leveling up in gardening so I had him watch the gardening channel. When Niall finished reading a pregnancy book, which got rid of his wish to read one and Cain's wish for the father to read one, he joined Cain because he has a wish to master gardening locked in.
Fife and Brett went to the hot tub for woohoo just as Greg and Euan were heading out to break boards.

Wyatt Valquist arrived as Fife and Brett were settling down to watch the stars. I felt sorry for him and removed the mourning moodlet. While I was removing the moodlet I saw that he had a "Just married" moodlet. Congratulations Wyatt!

A University Goodies Bucket arrived in the middle of the night. I woke Euan and Greg so they could take the aptitude test.

Cain's baby bump is getting big now! He had a craving for spaghetti. It took so long for him to waddle to the breakfast table I was worried he would be eating on his own

Euan recently got an extra social group trait. As you can probably guess he got Athletic. I had forgotten until he started exercising instead of dancing as Greg was.
Euan's waking wish was to play a game with Greg. I got it out of the way so he had room for university wishes.
The boys went to the Student Union Building for the Meet and Greet.
They were among the first there so they had to amuse themselves for a while.
Euan met Paul Biden who is flirty and evil. I saw his evil side but didn't let Euan talk too long in case the flirty side reared its head.
The boys had wishes to meet a Jock but the Meet and Greet only had nerds and rebels so I sent the boys to the bowling alley.
Greg introduced himself to Anoki Moon.
Euan introduced himself to Tammy Parker.
No!! Greg flirted with Anoki!

I had Greg make amends for his little indiscretion For some reason, he didn't have the usual shocked facial animations. Perhaps he felt smug instead of shame?
When the boys arrived they both wished for a hot tub because their motives had taken a big hit.
Getting in led to the usual wishes to cuddle, make out and woohoo
I had Greg prepare some pancakes for the morning and was pleasantly surprised when Euan brought out the skeleton to bone up on anatomy

After Greg put away the pancakes, I had Euan prepare grilled salmon for dinner.

The boys took 20 sim minutes to get out the door because they were both being pushed at the same time. Good thing the game pushes them to class way too early.
Euan got a good head start on Greg I'm glad neither took the family car with them.
I love the way everyone runs to class. It adds a sense of urgency.

I sent the boys to the coffee shop to meet new sims. They met Jeffrey Dean and Ludo Vicco. Ludo is a good sim to meet as he tends to throw lots of parties.
Because Ludo is evil, Greg had no luck boasting about his grandkids
Apart from that the boys got on well and were friends before long
The boys had a couple of hours before they had to sleep so I let them play pool.
Euan: "Pancakes again?" Nah, I am sure he didn't mind because he rolled a wish to make more after eating them
The boys didn't have a class until 12. Greg's waking wish was to call Ludo which he did before breakfast so I had him finish the painting he had started the day before.
Euan's waking wish was to train on the MA dummy so I went into buydebug and bought him one.
When Greg finished his painting he found the bar
Greg was about to take his drink to the hot tub when Euan intercepted him
Although the boys flirted a lot they didn't woohoo and went their separate ways.
I cancelled the push to class and sent the boys closer to starting time. They still had a little wait so I let them play kicky bag for a bit.
When I realized it was an outside activity I let the boys go and they got out their skeletons.
When I saw Greg get out his kicky bag I was concerned but saw his performance was still going up so it must have been an acceptable activity.
When the boys were done with their class I sent them to the bowling alley.

Although I don't like my sims in confrontational situations, I quite like watching when inactives get into them

Something must have happened in the kitchen from Jeffery's posture and the appearance of a rude guest moodlet.
I was wonderng if Cid would show up. He must have had a class and came late.
I found Eddy and Nathaniel dancing. I bet they would have cute kids together
Cid was going from room to room critiquing everything he saw. I sent Euan in to talk with him.
Although I had cleaned up the plate licker, he was stinky again. He must have thrown another test tube when I wasn't looking.

I'd seen one of the sims in the bedroom earlier but didn't realize they had booby trapped the computer!
I woke the boys early because it was exam day.
Once again Euan woke with a wish to kiss Greg. Greg rolls his share of Euan wishes but they tend to come later in the day

Greg aced his next exam as well I'm guessing a sim would have to miss classes to actually fail because my sims don't study and always ace their exams.

Greg rolled a wish to skinny dip. I had put the hot tub away for the party - nothing more annoying than having sims spend the whole party in the tub! I brought it out of storage so he could have his wish.
There was still a stereo in the yard from the party so I was surprised when Greg chose the board breaker over dancing. His party animal trait seems to be stronger than his disciplined trait, whereas Euan's disciplined trait is stronger.
Euan aced his exam of course Anoki doesn't seem to have done so well
Euan was hungry when he got out of class so I had the boys meet at the diner.
The place was empty when they arrived but sims started arriving shortly after they went in.
While Greg went off to call Skip as per his waking wish, Euan met Matthew Tellmer.

It is amusing to see the older sims just seem to know how to amuse themselves when you forget to check on them. I often do that too and never found problems yet Euan is adorable i have a huge soft spot for him too

Many of the paintings in the painting replacement mod are trait driven. In the past when I have played sims with traits that I tend to avoid these days because I don't like conflict I would get some really interesting ones. I also used to direct my sims a lot more than I do now. My non-artistic sims only paint when they roll wishes to and tend not to get very skilled so I don't get to see many finished paintings from them. My artistic sims, of course, will paint whenever there is a free easel in the house so I get lots from them. I guess that's why I see a lot of the same paintings over and over. Some of the best paintings I have seen came out of my 5x5 save.
The boys have one more week at uni then they go home and hopefully live more than the 8 days I allotted for the elder stage. Given the short life span I am using, I actually gave elders more than what they should have had but, although I let them die, I really don't like it when they do.

I wish CAS wasn't so slow because I would love to give my boys actual wedding rings to admire although they only do this animation for a couple of days after getting married.
Euan woke with a wish to grow a perfect plant so I had him plant an onion seed. Cain and Niall worked towards their wishes to level up.
Tam's waking wish was to spar with someone
Greg's waking wish was to prepare food at a party. Since that wasn't going to happen, I had him work on his wish to catch 5 different fish. He already had 1 and caught another 3 during the morning.
Duff started his first day in the Science career. I chuckled when he changed into his graduation gown but did nothing about it since I knew he wouldn't make it through his first work day.
Cain had a wish to spar with someone locked in from the previous day when he got his first skill point. When Niall changed into his MA outfit I was glad I chose him as a sparring partner because he is still in a teen outfit and on some angles his body and head are separate
Tam went on a field trip to the Theatre. Gladys Frio was chaperone. The boy beside her is Jay Herrerra.
Tam's girlfriend, Eliza, and Mathew Svard also attended. Mathew is distantly related, hence Jordan's hair colour
When I checked back on the house, I saw that Niall had leveled up and was now wearing an adult sized outfit.
Duff finished work early
As did Brian. I didn't get to see Brian spin into his pregnancy wear because it took him half a sim hour and I was making sure that Tam got home okay as I occasionally find sims stranded after field trips when they can't get on the bus.
Tam had no problem getting home
I let the boys unwind for a little before moving them out. I would liked to have kept them until after the babies were born but Tam will be aging up in a day and I will need to get him married. I also want Niall and Cain to get started on their family.

Brett had a wish to meet someone new. I sent him to town and he met Brenda Frio. From memory, she is Don Lothario's daughter.
When Brett got home he and Fife had a little dip in the pool
Tam had a wish to break 10 more boards. He wanted to use a harder board but I had him continue with foam boards to get the wish out of the way sooner.
It occurred to me that I had barely checked on Euan and Greg all day. Not that I need to worry about them
Because of the Shang Simla trip, I couldn't remember when the boys had last gone out so I sent the family to the Diner for dinner.

I was going to say that the newlyweds were doing what newlyweds do, but I realized that all my sims behave like newlyweds
It's all well and good to let my sims have free rein most of the time but some wishes don't happen on their own. Niall's LTW is Culinary Librarian so he needs to get his cooking skill up in order to learn the recipes.
It's a good thing there are lots of perfect leftovers in the fridge

Her first wish was to join the Education Career. I had her quit her current job in the Athletic Career then sent her to bed.
It was nice not having to rush the family through breakfast so a child or teen would have time to do a few things before the school bus arrived
I laughed when Brett stood by the table and looked at Eliza like this. "Why is there is a strange woman in our house?" I checked and she was acquaintance, at best, with the family other than Tam.

I tried to go into edit town mode to move Tam and Eliza out but got a message that I couldn't save while a baby was being born. I checked and Euan and Brett had lost their wishes to become grandparents which meant that Duff had given birth and Brian was in labor
After moving Tam and Eliza out I stayed at their house while I fixed their individual SP settings. When I got back I found that Cain and Niall were making use of the tent. It had been there two days and they were the first
Fife had a wish to go to the park and Greg a wish to go out on the town. I left Niall and Cain in the tent and sent the others to the park.
Euan surprised me by pulling out his guitar! He is not a virtuoso and hadn't played the guitar since he rolled a wish to learn the skill when he was a teen!

Fife's waking wish was to find a seed.
Although Cain left the kitchen only a little after Niall, Fife was able to get home from collecting his seed before he got to the garden. I almost felt guilty making him garden while pregnant but he has a wish to level up locked in and it's worth a lot since his LTW is Renaissance Sim and he's a self-employed gardener. I also want to clear as many wish slots as possible before the baby comes.
Greg didn't have a waking wish but he had a wish to level up in painting locked in.
Euan's waking wish was to catch a great fish.
Brett's waking wish was to prepare a meal. I had him make cheesesteak to replace what they had for breakfast.
John had been haunting objects around the house but when he came out I had Cain introduce himself because his waking wish was to meet someone new.
Cain was just shy of leveling up in gardening so I had him watch the gardening channel. When Niall finished reading a pregnancy book, which got rid of his wish to read one and Cain's wish for the father to read one, he joined Cain because he has a wish to master gardening locked in.
Fife and Brett went to the hot tub for woohoo just as Greg and Euan were heading out to break boards.

The family attended a party thrown by Julius Herrerra. He was running off to work just as the boys arrived. Fortunately his wife was there.
Wyatt Valquist arrived as Fife and Brett were settling down to watch the stars. I felt sorry for him and removed the mourning moodlet. While I was removing the moodlet I saw that he had a "Just married" moodlet. Congratulations Wyatt!
Euan and Greg found the stereo
Wyatt interrupted Niall and Cain's flirting to ask Cain's sign.
Brett had a wish to introduce himself to Ernest, Julius' son. Poor thing was hungry so I didn't let Brett stop and chat with him.

Euan recently got an extra social group trait. As you can probably guess he got Athletic. I had forgotten until he started exercising instead of dancing as Greg was.
Euan's waking wish was to play a game with Greg. I got it out of the way so he had room for university wishes.
The boys went to the Student Union Building for the Meet and Greet.
They were among the first there so they had to amuse themselves for a while.
Euan met Paul Biden who is flirty and evil. I saw his evil side but didn't let Euan talk too long in case the flirty side reared its head.
The boys had wishes to meet a Jock but the Meet and Greet only had nerds and rebels so I sent the boys to the bowling alley.

After Greg put away the pancakes, I had Euan prepare grilled salmon for dinner.

I sent the boys to the coffee shop to meet new sims. They met Jeffrey Dean and Ludo Vicco. Ludo is a good sim to meet as he tends to throw lots of parties.
Because Ludo is evil, Greg had no luck boasting about his grandkids
Apart from that the boys got on well and were friends before long
The boys had a couple of hours before they had to sleep so I let them play pool.

The boys didn't have a class until 12. Greg's waking wish was to call Ludo which he did before breakfast so I had him finish the painting he had started the day before.
Euan's waking wish was to train on the MA dummy so I went into buydebug and bought him one.

When I saw Greg get out his kicky bag I was concerned but saw his performance was still going up so it must have been an acceptable activity.

I was wonderng if Cid would show up. He must have had a class and came late.
I found Eddy and Nathaniel dancing. I bet they would have cute kids together
Cid was going from room to room critiquing everything he saw. I sent Euan in to talk with him.
Although I had cleaned up the plate licker, he was stinky again. He must have thrown another test tube when I wasn't looking.

Once again Euan woke with a wish to kiss Greg. Greg rolls his share of Euan wishes but they tend to come later in the day
Greg's waking wish was to talk to Skip but he had already left for school by the time the boys finished breakfast. It would have to wait as the boys had to get to class themselves.

They broke the shower in their enthusiasm
Greg was left to repair the shower because Euan had to head to his next exam.
Greg rolled a wish to skinny dip. I had put the hot tub away for the party - nothing more annoying than having sims spend the whole party in the tub! I brought it out of storage so he could have his wish.
There was still a stereo in the yard from the party so I was surprised when Greg chose the board breaker over dancing. His party animal trait seems to be stronger than his disciplined trait, whereas Euan's disciplined trait is stronger.
Euan aced his exam of course
Euan was hungry when he got out of class so I had the boys meet at the diner.
The place was empty when they arrived but sims started arriving shortly after they went in.
While Greg went off to call Skip as per his waking wish, Euan met Matthew Tellmer.

It is amusing to see the older sims just seem to know how to amuse themselves when you forget to check on them. I often do that too and never found problems yet

Are the boys doing the Athletic Major? If so yes the kicking bag is also a part of the class time, sometimes that is all they do on the thursday's class and sometimes both skeleton and kicking bag.

Many of the paintings in the painting replacement mod are trait driven. In the past when I have played sims with traits that I tend to avoid these days because I don't like conflict I would get some really interesting ones. I also used to direct my sims a lot more than I do now. My non-artistic sims only paint when they roll wishes to and tend not to get very skilled so I don't get to see many finished paintings from them. My artistic sims, of course, will paint whenever there is a free easel in the house so I get lots from them. I guess that's why I see a lot of the same paintings over and over. Some of the best paintings I have seen came out of my 5x5 save.
The boys have one more week at uni then they go home and hopefully live more than the 8 days I allotted for the elder stage. Given the short life span I am using, I actually gave elders more than what they should have had but, although I let them die, I really don't like it when they do.
