Give us the choice of "random" or "select" to pick our own hired help Maid Gardener Butler etc!

I been having butler problems ever since I accidentally moved one into a home. I didn't recognize her out of uniform. I saw a family with a baby that was not homed and so I placed them. Then to my shock it ended up being my favorite butler. I did not realize either that placing her in a home would make her loose her job as a butler. Its so unfair. She had been with this one family since before they had babies. Now I cant get her back there. The game doesn't feel the same without her there. Now I cant get her back. Worst still my game now gives every house hold the same butler. I use to have different butlers. I don't know what happened! Why can't we have the choice to choose "random" (game generated) or "select" (we choose through a list of known sims) for a butler when hiring. Now my games ruined when it comes to the butlers. The game will now not create different butlers and my well formed bond with my current butler is forever lost... I feel like that family has been ruined (as well as the other families who are now stuck sharing one butler) This stinks!
