Even the Most Beautiful Rose has been through the Dirt
My mc command center, or whatever it's called...XD, has been acting up lately. I've been entering a cheat to get me my weekly salary to end the week and it isn't going through. I tried other cheats and they wont work either. I tried to repair the game and it still wont work. Any advice?

@TheRoseHorse The MCC mod 'might' be interfering. I have never used mods/CC in Sims 4 so am not familiar with the settings.
Neither Money nor freerealestate cheats worked for me a couple days ago. Not sure why. I saved then exited the game. I deleted the cache files and used the Repair option. The cheats worked after I went back in game.
Try using testingcheats on (even if you already have it on) followed by kaching several times to get the extra 5k.
Or instead of kaching use the cheat to add to existing total.
Example: You want to add 5k to current money.
Funds are 10,000 need to add 5,000
Use testingcheats on (hit enter)
Money 15000 If that is your new total.

Are there MCC commands to adjust money?
I dont use mods. I dont have any mods. I used ctrl+Shift+c to open the cheat bar thingy and entered the cheat that I wanted and it didnt work. I tried other cheats and they didnt work either. I dont know whats up with it. I dont feel confortable messing with the files cause I dont know want to accidently delete data from other save files.

Added Eve and Frey and quickly filling up the house!
Mom plus six kids at this point. Unless my calculations are off Amanda cannot complete her Teenage years and move out on this schedule. Or I will have to skip one adoption?
I panicked prematurely - Thank you for the reassurance.
I think I need to save and quit (when I get to the end of this Sim week) and stare and something else for a while
Edit: I also started with the wrong house - too many levels - and moved them to another house on one level.

Just to give everyone an update. I am currently not playing this challenge as I have been play testing my modified foster challenge, but if anyone has feedback, I would greatly appreciate it. Scoring is a bit much, so I'm planning on making a score sheet to make scoring easier, so be on the look out for that.

I tweaked the scoring to add bonus points for choosing to not recieve the salary or choosing to recieve a reduced salary. If you have any questions, please ask.

If I get around to it, I will be updating the scoring rules tomorrow. This challenge needs work and I will admit that. I will probably start playtesting this in the near future, but not until I get my scoring rules updated and the scoring sheet made.

Sorry I misunderstood.
When I first read about deleting files from the Sims 4 folder I too was nervous. As a back-up you can make a copy of your folder to put in a safe place.
@crinrict is an excellent resource for technical information.

Thanks.
