I had one today where I just had to laugh out loud! My Sim was excising on a treadmill and she inclined the thing like really high and started to go really fast and slipped off the back and hit her head on the treadmill! For a second I expected her to bet knocked out because you saw stars and everything, but nothing like that happened. Still it was so random and funny.
This is more of a situation than a moment. Maybe we need a Funny Situations thread? *shrugs*
Anyway, the situation in my game being that Ukupanipo, an NPC merman, has a job with the military in the desert town of StrangerVille. I hope they offer him a shower now and then.

This game nearly gave me a heart attack. My sim was at the foxbury commons doing his homework. Then all of a sudden there is a loud orchestral string in my ear from a death. I start freaking out as my camera is pulled away from my sim and I'm trying to figure out how he died by just doing homework. Turns out Mr Elderberry was working at the robotic station and was electrocuted to death. Now I have to decide if to stop my sim from doing homework and plead for Mr Elderberry with class in a few hours. We didn't plead. Grimm came over to talk, we ignored him and went to class as if nothing happened.
Mine was when I started the pre-patch save yesterday. I have MCCC set to force the game to draw townies from my tray, as opposed to create ugly new ones. In addition to my Simself, there were no less than THREE versions of him from old saves (and in most cases, different female Sims as his spouse) spawned in my game as townies; in addition to George Rivers (who looks quite close to myself, and is the basis of my Simself). And the funny thing--George was actually married to my Sim's spouse from the last save.
I think there's been a bit of cloning going on at FutureSim Labs!
Yesterday I was running a quick Wonder child challenge while waiting for EL and gold birthday parties are worth points so I was in the middle of one when my child's father died and death came to collect dear old dad. Death promptly (after reaping) glided over to the cake and began to celebrate with streamers. Come for the reaping and stay for the party! Party girl's mood tanked but she still got that Gold Birthday reward.
