Looking for New Desktop. Help??

Hello! I'm looking for a new desktop since mine is pretty old and doesn't run Sims 4 that great. I need something that can handle the add-ons for Sims 4 (especially Cats & Dogs).

I've been looking on CyberPowerPC and Amazon; however, I'm struggling since I'm tech-illiterate and this is my first time buying a computer myself. I'm not sure if I need a new monitor (probably do? 5+ years old), but I was hoping to spend around $800 US dollars on a tower.

Of these, are any of them good for playing Sims 4? On high settings? Or, could I be pointed to computers better suited for it please? I appreciate any help I get!

Those are some of the ones Ive been looking at as well. I've been out of the loop since sims 2. I didn't really get into sims 3 but tried sims and love it....I need a new desktop but I'm so lost where to start.
