(Picture this)
.... You go on your computer to adopt a child. Social worker comes to house, inspects house. Don't like wallpaper, sees broken dishwasher, and has concerns about the big dog and the safety of the child.

Second visit, you have new wallpaper, fixed the dishwasher, and show that the dog has been better trained. The social worker agrees for you to have the child in your care 1 day a week (Tuesdays) for 6 weeks for observation.

(kids will be kids). The game's default animations has the child fall a few times in the yard while bouncing in the ball pool. Social worker returns and finds the child with scrapes. Takes child, and files a report with the sims police station.

A sims reporter ends up at your house to get your side of the story. Media outrage causes the social worker to take the other children in your household and place them in foster care until the investigation is complete.

Government polices are attacked, and a sim politician is in the park promising better child care policies. Vote now.

Sim family sells house to pay for legal bills defending themselves. Sims apparently don't have lawyers. You can be arrested, but you don't have legal defense. You are going to jail..... charged with child abuse.

Now... where did you get that dog? Did you adopt it?
