Place Community Objects In Neighbourhood Space

I didn't see this posted, so...
K9DB modded a load of typical community objects to be portable, meaning we don't have to fiddle around with the set as head cheat any more:

You can even delete the mod once everything is in place, and they remain until you remove them (owner sim only, while mod is in) or destroy the objects (with MCCC, when mod removed) etc.
