My human sims feel unsafe. VAMPIRES

Ever since I download the vampire pack just for the stuff...
(and also so I don't have anything missing with upload other creation on my game. Not a good builder)
I feel I can't play my human sims in peace.
I looked around to find a way to stop them instead of up skilling Vampire lore (because I don't want to do motherlode code)
Then I found the VAMPIRES - Tutorial be gone and Neighborhood Protection - No Vampires! in Mod the Sims. It was working well at first (and I love it.) but then with all the new update, they started to come back to haunt me. One of the SIMS players on Facebook said to delete Val in the Housing management. It was okay since it wasn't cheating with codes. But as soon as I did that, another different vampire attack my family again. I don't know who is gonna be attack next. I wish I could play my human sims is peace but it seems like I can't anymore. I rather have robbers than Vampires...

It gets rid of Vampires but not the build/buy items. Hope this helps.
So? I'd like the build/buy and possibly CAS but I don't want vamps. I'll probably get it at a big sale and just never acquaint with vamps.
