[Small Detail] SLOB Sims can SNIFF at dirty clothes piles

A small little detail that I would love to be added:
When a Sim had low hygiene while changing clothes the clothes pile will emit a greenish scent.
"Slob" Sims have the interaction to Sniff at Clothes piles and get a Happy +2 moodlet.
Just a small little way to make traits more impacting on Sims.
