I've seen quite a few of these things, but... ten thousand dollars? I bet the novelty would wear off real fast, there can't be much variation on something of that size.

I think I would rather go to a proper climbing centre.

I'm sure our simmies are much more easily satisfied

For $10K I'm buying a gym, forget one machine. I've done the rock climbing thing, once you get to the top its kinda over.

I'm guessing the pricing is aimed at gym owners. Upfront investment in something novel to attract customers, that sort of thing.

Could probably use it for competition, like the climbing challenges -- best score at the end of the month gets a free T-shirt or water bottle.
