Anyone know if there a photography mod like this around?

I wondered if anyone know if someone made a photography mod where you can photo touch your pictures on a PC, in order to give them a little edge to their value. Been wanting to try do some photography career, but find the money to make it's not really worth it. Plus i don't wish to be tied down to just making family or group picture to make any money of it.
Feel it's slightly weird you can increase value of photo by professionally retouching them in a editing program, i mean there people in real life that make pretty good money on that.
But any mod increasing value of photo's in general be nice too, if anyone know if such a thing is there and where to find it?
