    Building question. Is it possible?

    Is there any way I can remove the back of the stairs and leave the sides intact ? I want to add basement stairs there and keep the banister on the stairs going up. I've always dealt with this by either using half walls or a solid wall but I really am not happy with the look.

      If there is, I'd love to know too. As far as I know, there isn't any other way. I've pretty much done the same as you.

      so that's it then. Rats , I was hoping that there was a secret way around that I didn't know about. Thankyou for your response @lele62 . If anyone else has any ideas please let me know.

      Custom content objects maybe? Like, something shaped like stair walls but a decoration object.
