Chef's Kitchen Lot Trait Affecting Restaurants?

Anyone know if this lot trait helps at all? Trying to think of what to use on my lot to make the business more successful. Apparently haunted trait didn't work out as a theme.

in my personal experience, I don't think the trait helps a restaurant much at all. even personal traits that you give to the chef don't seem to affect the quality of the food. With highest quality ingredients, two chefs with maxed cooking skills, the "fresh chef" and high quality food traits, and careful cooking speed,as well as the chef's kitchen lot trait, my chefs still pump out normal quality food a lot of the time.
