Think I found it Do you have Personality Please by Polarbearsims? When I took that out, no more extra popups. I only installed this mod a few days ago, so I am not really attached to it. The popups bug me more than having the mod.

Yes, I think you're right. I don't remember downloading it. Ha ha, but I was pretty out of it. I posted a note in the thread to see if they can get rid of the messaging.

If you would like someone to look at you lastexception file, you will need to visit us on Discord (link is in my signature) I am afraid that testing your mods/CC is the only way to find out what is wrong, not fun I know as I have a lot a few mods and lots of CC myself which I am now testing in my game.
Something we ask people to do is take out all Mods and CC from their game except MCCC, delete the localthumbcache file (this is a junk file and not needed to play the game) go into the game and see if they are still getting the orange pop up, if game is running fine, the next step is testing your mods/cc put a little in at a time and run the game again, if ok, take out them out again, move them to a safe place and start with the next batch until all Mods and CC are tested.

Hi! I am having a bit of trouble with mccc settings -- for some reason my active households (and there are a lot) tend to not form romantic relationships with other sims via the mc story progression mod. am i perhaps missing a setting or something?

If you want them to marry go into MCCC > MC Pregnancy > Marriage Sim Selection > Bypass Played Households and set this to false,so that only your active household will be bypassed for marriage

You are welcome, this setting will allow it so households marked played and unplayed can marry, the active household is the household you are playing at the moment.

UI Cheats Extension mod might be for you http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=558548 with it you can fix sim relationships so one sim would a have full romance bar while the other sim has it empty or you can use the cheat eg; modifyrelationship Julian Luna Kat Vandersaat 100 Romance_Main this will make it so that Julian Luna will have a full romance bar but not Kat Vandersaat *note both sims must have something in their friendship bar for this cheat to work.
MCCC makes it so you can kill your sims using the deaths that come with the game.

since last cupdate of mccommand center v.3.5.3 i am getting error messiges all time.
I had that for a time. Remove the cc and play the game and see if that helps. Then, slowly put back a few of the cc, play and see if you're still getting the messages. I had to do that. I still have two items of cc I have not reinstalled. I put back what was most essential and am still deciding if I can live without the rest. So far, so good, no error messages. Good luck!

Is your game up to date? do you have any lastexception text files or MC log files? if you only have MCCC in your game and are still getting the orange pop up, it would be good if you head over to Discord and post your problem there, we can help you in real time. MCCC does both so no need for those additional Mods in your game, for the pregnancy part, just click on your pregnant sim to get the info and change anything that you wish to change.
For any cheats you would like enabled, you asked about the debug cheat click on sims PC to bring up MCCC menu click on > MCCC Settings > Notification / Console / Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Build Buy Settings > BuyDebug click on Enable, If enabled, EA’s Buy Debug cheat (bb.showhiddenobjects) is always enabled.

if aging is off your sims shouldn't age. i leave it off too.
