You may be overstimulated. If you want, you should turn off your screens, or at least turn on a blue light filter. Maybe try meditation, yoga, or listening to relaxing music.

People upload pictures of their own projects with the yarn they used, so that that advice might help you make your own project. It's really an awesome website!
