toddlers and tv

most toddlers know how to turn on the tv, also where is the tv on option? I have to have the adult watch just to get the tv on for my independent toddler

I believe toddlers can turn it on their own once they get a little higher in the imagination skill

That is true though, most do know how to use a remote. My son ended up teaching my dad how to use the T.V . Omg I could see that as a hilarious interaction for toddlers and elders .

i don't think they can themselves but they can ask an adult to turn it on for them without the adult having to watch tv.
i think the option to ask is at a certain level ? don't know which skill though cause i unfortunately wasn't paying attention.
