Only High Pitched or Female Voices

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a coincidence. It seems like since my patch all of my sims have really high voices to the point where the males sound like females. The first time I came across it I thought maybe the boy I was trying to date was a masculine looking girl until I finally got the "Ask for Boyfriend" option. Soon after I realized all my males now have high voices. I'm just wondering if anyone else has this going on in their game.

Also, seems like all the sims generating in my game are super thin now.

Yeah I had that happen with my twin boys in my legacy family that recently aged up to teens. I have MC Command Center and changed them in CAS but both were marked as having the highest pitched voices. Their dad Travis Scott has the same voice he's always had though so it might just be affecting newly aged up sims?

Having the same glitch. All children age up to have the sweet female voice.
