Why the ground is trembling in Fashion District

Did you ever think that right in the middle there's a festival with a rocket ship launching to the space? That would cause quite a tremble on those apartments. Planet Honey Pop! is not suffering as bad since it's on the ground level. Also the only other premade lot with a rocket ship is the scientist career lot, a very distant location. Now I don't believe the earthquakes in Fashion District actually time with the Geek Con, this is just a theory for my own amusement. I have a scientist in New Crest with a rocketship on the backyard and I've always wondered do the neighbours ever complain about the noise. It seemed unrealistic. Now I have given them the quake zone traits

Anyone else use or plan to use quake zone trait like this? I can't remember if I read a similar idea before.
