Guessing hunger's gone (thirst instead?)
Guessing bladder and hygiene also gone? (if you're undead why would you need to wash? or create waste?)

No, wait! There's power points, right? What if that works like a need? So as you use it, it would need to be replenished. So the new needs are Thirst and Power!
Much as I like Vampires, I could do without the old-school outfits and hairdos.
IIRC it's been pretty clear that they're optional for actual use. We can make our Sim Vampires look just like all the other Sims if we want to.

Vampires wouldn't have social though, would they? Aren't vampires very introverted creatures?

But maybe energy & power aren't the same. As in: they can still have energy to do normal stuff, but no power left to do cool vampire stuff?

Check the last pic posted by @SimGuruNinja. He was hinting at it, so I think it's definitely vampiric energy.
