TRYING TO UNINSTALL AN EX PACK!!....SOLVED!!!!

I'm trying to find where I can uninstall one of my SIMS 3 EX pack, but I can't find anywhere where it states install/uninstall, like I was able to! My files don't have such a button anymore ,for some unbeknownst reason, and Origin is useless as usual. Can someone please steer me in the right direction to where I am suppose to uninstall something? There isn't even any help in my windows start, I'm on the brink of crying and losing my.......
