Yes, but it would serve no point... One would have to vote for themselves or vote for they both vote for the other. Then it would go to night and the Mafia would kill the townie. The game will end for sure if a townie is lynched. If Mafia is lynched, I might let them do their kill anyway, see if they both vote for each other or themselves, and see how it plays out. If the Mafia sacrifices themselves, then it's a town win. If not, then it's Mafia win.
