So I got my twitter back up and running and found this link from Platinum Simmers :

Some things that stuck out to me included that penthouses could be set to ANY lot type. If I'm reading that right that means those who have mentioned rooftop restaurants could totally make them!

It was also said that elevators are not in build/buy and are only in the apartment shells. Perhaps in the future we will get elevators for our houses but it doesn't look like it will be Nov.

One more, it was confirmed that traits are per apartment and not just lot!

Lots of other information and I'm still reading it. I didn't see it listed anywhere so I thought I'd share so some of you can find your answers too!

I know. I don't really have a house I want them in, but I know a lot of people do and I'm sad for their sake.

I wouldn't use them in houses, but they would be good for malls, hospital, lab etc.
